More About Me
I graduated from Kabataş Erkek Lisesi in 1986 and, that same year, earned my place at Istanbul Technical University – Maritime Academy. After graduating in 1990, I completed my military service in 1992 and began my seagoing career aboard cargo vessels in international waters in 1993. Since 1998 I have held an Ocean Going (Unlimited) Master’s licence. Alongside my active sea service, I have also held several shore-based roles as manager and head of department within the maritime sector. I am single with no children.

Hobbies
Scuba diving (CMAS 3 star diver), mostly on Red Sea with sharks.
Reading from actual paper Novels,
Tennis and Table Tennis, as long as I find equal competent,
Outdoor activities, I have 5 meter Caravans and lately most exiting hobbie I had. Some times better then Sailing Boat.
Watching Movies,
Motorcycles, I sold old YAMAHA FJR 1300 Bike (2004) 2 years ago, as l getting old I start to affraid. But before I ride alot.
Music, I play guitar, oud darbuka and kemenche. I am good on some but still working some of them too. Thanks to the music.
Latin dances (salsa – advance)
Sport & cruise sailing. I had inflatable sailing boat for 2 persons
Cycling.
Microlight (certified pilot). I owned the pilot license but no chance to fly arround my base. It is expire now
