Unlimited Master Mariner
With over 30 years of ocean-going experience since 1998, I have commanded bulk carriers, container vessels, chemical tankers, LPG carriers and superyachts in international waters. I hold an Unlimited Ocean Going Master certificate (Over 3000 GT) issued by Turkish Maritime Authority, as well as Yacht Master Unlimited for commercial yachts. Available for full voyages, ocean passages, and vessel deliveries worldwide.
Marine Instructor
Certified IYT Instructor (Unlimited, MCA Approved) authorized by Turkish Marine Affairs, Canada IYT Schools and Transport Malta. I teach power and sailing seamanship up to 3000 GRT. Based in Göcek — one of the world’s finest sailing destinations — I offer practical, hands-on training for all levels, from beginners to professional mariners.
DPA & Marine Inspector
As a Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and HSEQ Manager, I provide full ISM Safety Management System implementation and control for ship-shore operations. Experienced in chemical tanker vetting preparations, piracy risk management (Aden Bay), port facility safety (ISPS), and maritime inspections.
